JAX Tyres & Auto Orange has announced the installation of a Hunter Road Force Balancer and a MAHA test lane in order to further elevate the levels of service provided to the local community.
The new equipment has been purchased and implemented to enhance transparency in JAX Orange’s services by providing customers with clear, accurate, and data-backed insights into their vehicles, ensuring repairs are precise and necessary.
JAX Orange has become the only workshop in the Central West to possess both pieces of equipment, offering capabilities well beyond those of standard workshops. The investment has been a conscious decision to adhere to community feedback and appetite for a workshop that operates above the industry baseline.
- Hunter Road Force Balancer – A high-end piece of equipment. Its ability to perform detailed 3D scans of both the wheel and tyre sets it apart from standard wheel-balancing machines. This allows mechanics to identify even the smallest imperfections in the tyre or rim, then optimise the assembly by rotating the tyre on the wheel and selecting the best position on the vehicle, particularly valuable in the 4WD market.
- MAHA Test Lane – The MAHA Test Lane equipment provides a comprehensive, efficient, and versatile solution for vehicle testing and servicing, including brake, suspension, and shock absorber testing, headlight alignment testing, and more. Providing accurate weight assessments on vehicles carrying a lot of weight, such as Utes, vans and 4x4s, can be done on each individual corner of the vehicle, helping JAX Orange technicians identify highly localised issues and suggest solutions, such as airbags or constant load springs.
The two pieces of equipment will deliver more precise diagnostics, better outcomes, and greater confidence in the work being carried out and further demonstrate JAX Orange’s commitment to being leaders in industry technology.
