JAX Tyres & Auto Launches JAX Inspect to Deliver Greater Transparency for Customers

JAX Tyres & Auto has launched JAX Inspect, a new digital vehicle inspection platform designed to provide customers with greater transparency, clearer communication and increased confidence throughout the servicing process.

The new platform enhances the customer experience by providing a comprehensive digital inspection report, complete with photos, videos and colour-coded vehicle health assessments, giving customers a clear understanding of their vehicle’s condition before any repair recommendations are made.

Delivered directly to customers via SMS, JAX Inspect enables customers to review inspection results in real time, track the progress of their service and make informed decisions with complete visibility of the work being done. Each digital inspection uses a simple traffic light system that identifies urgent repairs, items requiring future monitoring and components that are performing as expected.

The platform forms part of JAX Tyres & Auto’s ongoing commitment to delivering its customer promise of Peace of Mind Driving. JAX Inspect builds on the vehicle inspection standards already established across the JAX network, using digital technology to make inspection results clearer, more accessible and easier for customers to understand.

Steve Grossrieder, CEO and Managing Director of JAX Tyres & Auto, says, “For many Australians, understanding exactly what their vehicle needs can feel overwhelming. JAX Inspect removes that uncertainty by giving customers a clear, visual overview of their vehicle’s condition, allowing them to see exactly what our technicians see and help them make informed decisions with confidence.”

For customers in Bathurst and the surrounding region, the introduction of JAX Inspect is already helping to make vehicle servicing a more transparent and reassuring experience.

Jarrad Czapla, JAX Tyres & Auto Bathurst Franchisee, says, “JAX Inspect has made it easier for us to show customers what’s happening with their car, rather than just explaining it to them. Being able to send through photos and videos helps them understand what needs attention and why, which makes those conversations a lot easier.

“For the local community, it means people can feel confident their car is being looked after and understand what they’re paying for. We want everyone to feel comfortable asking questions and knowing they’re getting honest advice. It’s a simple tool that’s making a real difference in how we look after our customers.”

The introduction of JAX Inspect also supports technicians in maintaining JAX Tyres & Auto’s high standard of inspections, while improving workshop efficiency and customer communication.

Daniel Spiteri, Franchisee, JAX Tyres & Auto Narellan, says, “People really appreciate being able to see exactly what their vehicle needs, rather than just hearing about it. It builds confidence, creates more open conversations and helps customers feel reassured they’re getting honest advice. It’s a simple change that’s making a real difference to the experience our customers are having in-store.”

JAX Tyres & Auto continues to invest in innovation that enhances the customer experience, building on its reputation as one of Australia’s most trusted automotive service providers.

Operating since 1949, JAX Tyres & Auto began its franchising journey in 1993 and has since grown into a national network of over 94 locations, with 89 independently owned by franchisees. Today, the brand supports more than 1,000 employees across Australia.
