Quota Curls – Supporting Residents at Three Tree Lodge
An exciting partnership between Club Lithgow and Quota Lithgow is making a meaningful difference to the lives of residents at Three Tree Lodge, Lithgow.
The idea for “Quota Curls” was initiated by Kate Hurrell, CEO, who recognised the need for a professional and accessible hair salon at Three Tree Lodge. With the support of Quota Lithgow, Kate’s vision has been brought to life. A new state-of-the-art, professional and accessible salon is now providing quality hairdressing services for both ladies and gents at Three Tree Lodge.
For older adults, access to personal grooming services is about much more than having a haircut. It can support wellbeing, dignity, confidence and social connection, while providing an opportunity to feel good and maintain a sense of independence.
Quota Lithgow continues to support the salon, helping to ensure it remains fully functional and available to residents. This ongoing commitment recognises the importance of quality personal care and the positive impact it can have on a person’s sense of wellbeing and dignity.
The project demonstrates what can be achieved when local organisations work together to support our older community members and enhance their quality of life.
