Bathurst Legacy has been assisting families of veterans who lost their lives or health in the service of our nation since 1948, and is now looking for men or women interested in joining us and becoming a Legatee.
Legatees are volunteers committed to the Legacy task of ensuring that families do not suffer financial or social disadvantage from the loss or serious injury of their loved one.
Legatees mentor widows and children in their care, assist with fundraising, and attend monthly meetings. All legatees are required to undertake a Working With Children Check and a National Criminal History Check.
