Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy is celebrating an exciting new chapter, announcing the expansion of its services into Bathurst, with the new clinic officially opening on Monday.
The expansion strengthens access to high-quality physiotherapy care across the Central West, while reassuring existing patients that services in Lithgow and surrounding areas will continue as usual. With a dedicated team of five experienced physiotherapists, the practice remains committed to delivering the same personalised, professional care it has become known for.
Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy supports patients experiencing neck and back pain, headaches, sports and exercise injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and ongoing or recurrent musculoskeletal pain. The focus is on helping people return to movement, work and sport with confidence, while supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
The new Bathurst clinic is located at 125 William Street, within Bathurst Hand Therapy, while the Lithgow practice continues to operate from 177 Mort Street. Appointments are now available at both locations, with bookings made online at www.tablelandsphysio.com.au or by calling (02) 6352 3131.

The practice is led by owner Sally Webb, who brings extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports injury management, as well as workplace education. Sally is a Physiotherapy Tutor at Charles Sturt University in Orange and an accredited NSW Institute of Sport Physiotherapy Service Provider.
A founding director of Tablelands Physio, Sally lives on a sheep and cattle property near Tarana with her husband and three daughters. A strong advocate for rural health, she is actively involved in local sporting clubs, the Tarana RFS and school communities. Sally is passionate about understanding her clients’ goals and supporting rural families to live active, healthy and positive lives.
The team at Tablelands Physio has thanked the community for its ongoing support as it continues to grow and invest locally.
