On a beautiful, balmy night last week, members of Bathurst Combined Probus Club were invited to a twilight BBQ and campfire at the attractive farm of Lesley and Keith Worthington at Clear Creek, just 12 kilometres out of Bathurst.
As a full moon rose in the night sky, bathing us in its silver radiance, we ate our fill of BBQ sausages, cakes and baklava. To end the night, we sang songs and told outrageous stories about our lives. In short, we all had a fantastic time in each other’s company. Sincere thanks go to Lesley and Keith for their generous hospitality and wonderful friendship.
