Lithgow City Orchestra Spring Concert Series

Spring is a delightful time in Lithgow – trees begin to bud, flowers bloom, animals awaken from hibernation, warmer days and hope of a fresh start.

Why not welcome in this season listening to Lithgow City Orchestra presenting their Spring Concert on Sunday, 3 September, at 3 pm. LCO will present music by Grieg, Dvorak, Michel Legrand, Jerry Amaldev, Jamie Briton and more.

Special guests, the Lounge Room Piano Trio, will perform original music from the pen of Andrew Wilson (piano). He will be joined by Nicky Wilson (cello) and Peter Avery (violin). This free concert at Notre Dame concert hall, near Lithgow Hospital, will be followed by refreshments.

Two more LCO concerts will be held at Bark Ridge on the Rydal-Hampton Road on Sundays, the 10th and 17th of September, for the Rydal Daffodil Festival. The performances will take place in an old barn from 1-3 p.m. on both Sundays. Enjoy wandering through the gardens as well as listening to the music.

Welcome in Spring at one of LCO’s concerts.
