Members of the Oberon business community headed out and about on Wednesday, 12 August, for another great evening of networking, conversation and connection as part of the Oberon Business & Tourism Association’s 2026 Out & About series.
This month’s destination was the beautiful Bathurst Grange Distillery at Brewongle, where members enjoyed an evening of pizza, gin tasting and the opportunity to experience another fantastic regional business firsthand.
The OBTA Out & About events have become a great way for local business owners and operators to step away from the day-to-day, visit businesses across the broader region and, most importantly, spend some time connecting with one another.
And really, that is what these evenings are all about. Running a business can be incredibly busy — and sometimes a little isolating — so having the opportunity to catch up, share ideas, talk about what is happening across the region and build relationships with other business people is incredibly valuable.
A huge thank you to the team at Bathurst Grange Distillery for welcoming the OBTA crew and providing such a fabulous setting for the August gathering.
With pizza on the menu, some locally produced gin to sample and plenty of conversation around the room, it was another wonderful Out & About evening — and a great reminder that some of the best business connections are made simply by getting together.
