Trivia buffs are being called on to put their knowledge to the test later this month, all while supporting a great local cause.
Hampton Public School P&C will host its annual Trivia Night at the Hampton Halfway Hotel on Saturday, 29 August, with funds raised going towards the purchase of new laptop computers for students at the school.
As the P&C’s major fundraiser for the year, the evening promises plenty of friendly competition, laughs and some impressive prizes along the way.
Tickets are $25 per person, or gather nine friends and book a table of 10 for $250. Food platters can also be pre-purchased for an additional $50 to keep teams fuelled throughout the night.
Of course, there’s more than just bragging rights on offer. Guests can purchase raffle tickets for a range of prizes, while a silent auction will feature some fantastic items including a farm stay and Sydney accommodation, a coffee machine, Stihl pruners and a full mechanical service from Hartley Service Centre.
The fun gets underway at the Hampton Halfway Hotel from 6.30 pm, ready for a 7 pm trivia start.
