There was a very special milestone to celebrate at Blinky Bill Early Learning Centre in Portland recently, with much-loved Director Tanya marking an incredible 25 years of dedication to local children and families.
For a quarter of a century, Tanya has played an important role in giving generations of Portland’s little people a safe, welcoming and nurturing place to learn, grow and find their feet.
Her kindness, patience and genuine care have helped create countless happy memories along the way, while her commitment to early learning has given so many children a wonderful start to their education journey.
But Tanya’s impact hasn’t stopped with the children.
Over the years, she has also been a trusted and reassuring presence for parents and families, offering guidance, understanding and always a warm welcome through the many stages that come with raising little ones.
Twenty-five years in any role is an impressive achievement, but 25 years spent caring for, encouraging and supporting children is certainly something worth celebrating.
Tanya’s contribution can be seen in the children she has nurtured, the relationships she has built and the wonderful community that surrounds Blinky Bill today.
