The team has thanked customers for their patience and understanding while the work has been taking place, acknowledging that renovations can be disruptive but saying the end result will be well worth the wait.
A special thank you has also been extended to local builder Jason Christie-Johnson, whose dedication has helped bring the project to life.
“Jason has done an incredible job,” the team said. “The work is still ongoing, but he’s been so accommodating to all of our requests, worked to incredibly tight deadlines, solved every problem that came his way and even took the photo to mark the occasion. He has gone above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has done.”
