Local businesses feeling the effects of the ongoing Great Western Highway closure are being encouraged to connect, share ideas, and access practical support at the upcoming Oberon Business Breakfast next month.
Hosted in the heart of town, the breakfast event will bring together local business owners and operators for a morning focused on navigating the current challenges impacting trade, travel and customer movement across the region.
The breakfast will also feature a representative from the Service NSW Business Bureau, offering attendees the chance to access one-on-one advice and practical information tailored to their individual business needs.
From available support programs through to guidance around managing impacts on day-to-day operations, organisers say the session is designed to provide real-world assistance for businesses doing it tough during the disruption.
The event is also expected to provide a valuable networking opportunity, giving local operators the chance to connect with other business owners facing similar challenges, while enjoying a coffee and brekky roll in a relaxed setting.
Whether businesses have been directly impacted by the highway closure or are simply looking to strengthen local connections and stay informed, organisers are encouraging people to secure their spot early.
The Oberon Business Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, June 3, from 7.30 am to 8.30 am at Milbrey Kitchen & Store on Oberon Street.
Numbers are limited to just 20 attendees.
