The Capertee Winter Market will return on Sunday, May 31, offering locals and visitors the chance to support community fundraising while enjoying a variety of market stalls and food.
The market will run from 10 am to 2 pm at Capertee Hall, with activities inside the heated venue and in the surrounding outdoor areas.
Organisers say there will be a wide range of stalls, including handmade goods, crafts, produce, and gift items, along with food and refreshments for purchase throughout the day.
The event is being held as a fundraiser for Capertee Progress, with funds raised helping the group maintain the hall and keep it available for community use.
Community halls continue to play an important role across regional areas, hosting local events, meetings and social activities throughout the year. Organisers say support from events such as the Winter Market helps ensure the facility can continue operating for the benefit of the wider community.
The Winter Market is expected to attract both local residents and visitors travelling through the region, providing an opportunity to support stallholders while spending time in the village.
Stallholders will be set up both inside the hall and outdoors, depending on the weather and space requirements, creating a varied market experience for attendees.
Organisers are encouraging people to come along, support the fundraiser and enjoy a community day out in Capertee.
