LEGO fans across the Central West are being encouraged to mark their calendars, with The Brick Show set to return to Oberon this May for a full day of creativity, colour and hands-on fun.
Hosted by Playwell Events, the popular event will once again take over the historic Malachi Gilmore Hall on Saturday, 9 May, bringing with it an impressive showcase of custom-built LEGO displays and interactive experiences for all ages.
From intricate, large-scale models to imaginative themed creations, the exhibits promise to capture the attention of both seasoned builders and those just beginning their LEGO journey. Visitors can expect dozens of displays, each highlighting the creativity and skill of dedicated builders from across the region and beyond.
For younger attendees — and the young at heart — creative play tables will offer the chance to get hands-on and build something of their own. It’s an opportunity for families to slow down, sit together and let imaginations run free.
A dedicated LEGO marketplace will also be set up on-site, with vendors offering a range of sets, accessories and hard-to-find pieces, making it a must-visit for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
Running from 9 am to 4 pm, the event is designed as an easy, family-friendly day out close to home. Tickets are available online via TryBooking or can be purchased at the door, with general admission priced at $8, free entry for children under three, and family passes (two adults and up to three children) available for $37.
With its welcoming atmosphere and strong community appeal, the return of The Brick Show is expected to once again draw strong local support — a reminder that some of the best experiences are right here in our own backyard.
