The Bathurst Gardeners’ Club Spring Spectacular has once again proven just how powerful community events can be, with the 2025 event raising an impressive $21,000 for local charities.
Adding to an already remarkable legacy, the event was honoured on Australia Day with induction into the 2026 Bathurst Region Event of the Year Hall of Fame, a recognition reserved for events that have achieved “Event of the Year” status three times. The Spring Spectacular earned its place following a standout run, taking out Destination Event of the Year in 2023 and Community Event of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.
This prestigious Hall of Fame acknowledgement shines a light on the dedication, creativity and tireless volunteer effort that underpins events like this. It also reflects the broader impact the Spring Spectacular continues to have, bringing people together, supporting local causes and adding to the vibrancy of the Bathurst region.
