Congratulations to St Stanislaus’ College students Will Kelly, Year 11, and Waryk Holmes, Year 10 on their selection to the Western Region Academy of Sport (WRAS) 2022 Lone Star and Para Sport Squads respectively.
The WRAS Lone Star Program is tailored for athletes who are at the level of representing NSW in their sport (and for which there is no current WRAS program for their chosen sport) and the Para Sports Program is tailored for athletes who regularly compete at national events (representing NSW) and who are aspiring to represent Australia in para-sports competition in their chosen sport.
Both these scholarships are designed to assist pre-elite youth athletes in any sport, who are living or attending school in the western region. We cannot wait to see what you both can achieve!
