Bathurst’s business community celebrated in style on Saturday night at the 2026 Carillon Business Awards, electrified by major sponsor Kelso Electrical, recognising an impressive field of businesses, employees and community organisations.
Customer Service winners were Goodlet Rural in Agribusiness, ahead of Town & Country Rural Supplies; Macquarie Medi Spa in Hair & Beauty, from Pretty Healthy, Beauty 4 U, Lavish Nutrition Bathurst and The Pretty Palette; and Café Viva in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, alongside Country Coffee, Boxgrove Country Retreat, Village Bakehouse and Pantano’s Angus Bar & Grill.
Cleary Fairbrother Property Bathurst won Real Estate from Professionals Bathurst, Raine & Horne Bathurst and Elders Nicoll & Ireland. Vanessa Pringle Floral Designs took Retail ahead of SOS Phone Repairs & Accessories Bathurst, Enids Emporium, Total Tools Bathurst and Macquarie Medi Spa, while Little Moments Photography won Trade, Service & Motor Industry from Stomac Plumbing Solutions, Bathurst Plumbing & Gas Fitting, Bathurst Windscreens, Bathurst Wheelie Bins Cleaning, Bell Conveyancing and Central West First Aid Training Specialists.
Vivability Ltd claimed Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion, from Dancin Divas Pole Studio, Town & Country Rural Supplies and Glenray, while Bell Conveyancing won Innovation from SOS Phone Repairs & Accessories Bathurst, NEXGEN Mattresses, Macquarie Medi Spa, Colton Computer Technologies and Glenray.
Business category winners were Village Bakehouse Bathurst for Medium Business, alongside Glenray Lifestyle & Learning Centre; Cleary Fairbrother Property Bathurst for Micro Business, from Bathurst Wheelie Bin Cleaning, Tranquil Minds Counselling Services, SOS Phone Repairs & Accessories Bathurst, Enids Emporium, Vanessa Pringle Floral Designs and Goodlet Rural; and Bell Conveyancing for Small Business, from Promenade Dance School, Pantano’s Angus Bar & Grill, Central West First Aid Training Specialists, Macquarie Medi Spa and TNT Mining & Civil Group.
Employer of Choice finalists were Kenny Spring Solicitors, Vivability Ltd, Colton Computer Technologies, Glenray and Bell Conveyancing and the winner was Glenray.
Individual honours went to Beatrice Patterson, Kenny Spring Solicitors, as Outstanding Employee, from Molly Thorpe, Kathleen Worswick, Shirley Mason, Vic Giuliano and Nick Price. Joel Benkoe, SOS Phone Repairs & Accessories, won Outstanding Young Business Leader from Louise Beath, Kevin Walker, Ryan Sargeant, Kathryn Garton and Sheyon Trek, while Kristy Bell, Bell Conveyancing, was Outstanding Business Leader, from Nick Packham, Vanessa Pringle, Pnina Smith, Karla McDiarmid and Fiona Miller.
Glenray won Outstanding Community Organisation, from Vivability Ltd, Upstairs Co Working, Bathurst Early Childhood Intervention Service and Bathurst Showground Land Manager, while Regional AI Co. was Outstanding New Business, from The Coven, Positive Powder Coating, Collins Office Choice, Southern Cross Welding & Fabrication and Executive Suites on Howick.
People’s Choice honours went to Grant Maskill-Dowton, Raine & Horne Bathurst, Favourite Agent; Joel Benkoe, Favourite Apprentice or Tradie; Cityfit Fitness Club, Bathurst’s Favourite Business; and Jess Wilson, Healthworld Bathurst, Health, Fitness & Wellness Employee.
