Evans Arts Council Inc will be running a Senior’s Creative Arts and Crafts Workshop in celebration of Seniors Week.
This event will be held in the Macquarie Room of Bathurst Panthers, on 2 April, between 10 am and 4 pm. Workshops will be running all day, and cover such techniques as macramé, paper flowers, crotchet, knitting, silk cards and acrylic painting. These mini workshops will provide a taste of longer workshops that Evans Arts Council runs, thanks to the continued support of Bathurst Regional Council. This event was first conducted in 2021 and created great interest from the community.
There is no fee to attend the day, and participants are able to take part in one or a number of workshops. Everyone is invited to attend. All materials will be provided, and anyone attending is requested to bring an apron and hand towel.
