Council has rescheduled the Sunnybright Estate land ballot to 10am Friday 24 September.

The land ballot was postponed last week after Council was unable to hold the ballot as the Civic Centre was closed to all staff for cleaning after a Covid exposure.

Sunnybright Estate, located in Kelso off Limekilns Road, consists of lots sized from 706m2 to 1439m2 and priced from $245,000 to $300,000. The lots will be sold by ballot with the draw to take place this Friday, 24 September at 10am, via livestream.

General Manager David Sherley said all registrations have been maintained and are automatically included for this week’s draw.

“With staff back working from the Civic Centre we are now able to proceed with the ballot draw and livestream this Friday,” Mr. Sherley said.

Council meeting Wednesday 22 September

The rescheduled September Council meeting will be held this Wednesday 22 September at 6pm.

The meeting was to be held last Wednesday but was deferred.

The agenda remains the same as previously released and members of the community can view the meeting via livestream on Council’s YouTube channel.
