Community morning tea & musical entertainment on offer

It’s been several years since they first began in 2002, but the monthly morning teas at Mary O’Leary’s Room in Portland are still going strong.

Open to everyone in the community, the morning teas have become one of highlights on the community calendar, particularly for the elderly, and housebound.

The mornings are all about enjoying good music, good company and good food. Over thirty people attend each month and many of them say that can’t imagine not being able to attend the mornings

The monthly morning tea happens at Mary O’Leary’s Room in Portland on the 1st Tuesday of every month.

The next morning tea will be on 7 July. If anyone wants to attend and needs transport contact Pat on 6355 5997 or John on 6355 5921.

Everybody is welcome and people of all ages are invited to enjoy the music and have a bite to eat.
