Black Gold Christmas

With Christmas fast approaching, Robert and Linda Cluff from the Black Gold Cabins and The Crib Room have decided to celebrate with fantastic Christmas Buffet Nights. They will be running Friday and Saturday nights beginning November 28th and running through until December 13th.

The menu created by Head Chef Brent Wright, includes Christmas favourites like roasted turkey, lamb, chicken and ham as well as lovely seafood like prawns, squid, barramundi, salmon and not forgetting beer battered flathead fillets. Complimenting these mains are a variety of fresh summer salads and baked and steamed veggies. Dessert will be an array of temptations featuring the likes of trifle, christmas pudding with brandy sauce, apple pie, cheesecake, sticky date with butterscotch sauce, panna cotta (my personal favourite!) and gorgeous fresh fruit salad.

To top off what will be a feast for your tummy, your ears won’t be missing out either. Included in the cost, there will be amazing live entertainment each night with fantastic local talent like Just Jammin (whom you may have seen at the Mayoral Ball earlier this year), Emma Jene, crowd favourite Dean Taylor Trio, also very popular The Fabulous Shapelles, new local covers band Tit 4 Tat and the very talented Sharron Bowman.
