Amplify your speakers. The Ministry of Sound is about to come to Lithgow with Electro House Sessions 7. A last minute change of venue has not been a deterrent and Dave Winnel and Tom Piper are still coming over the mountains to perform at Pulse in the Lithgow Workies.
The Ministry of Sound are bringing Lithgow some of the biggest tracks in electro sound this year, and this is an amazing and unbeatable chance to catch Tom Piper & Dave Winnel on tour.
Tom Piper continues to make the best kind of trouble in dance music. No stranger to chilling at the top of the charts, remixing dance music royalty and causing united dance floor freak outs; Tom Piper is the real deal. Championed on stations from BBC’s Radio 1 to Australia’s Triple J, trying to pin Tom Piper to a single genre is like telling Casanova to keep it in his pants. Electro, House, Tech, Dubstep whatever.. his preference is everything and more; an orgy of good vibrations that has seen Piper’s prolific output and supreme decksterity demanded by the biggest brands in the biz – Ministry Of Sound, Mixmash, Sony Music & Dim Mak are just a choice few of the stables Tom has done work for. Behind the decks, on the air, in the studio – it’s all just part of the package, another day’s play for the princely freshmaker who continues to push the boundaries of dance music on the worldwide stage.
Dave Winnel has been called Australia’s answer to Deadmau5. Known to fuse 210 songs in just 18 minutes while passionately cooking popcorn on the side, its impossible to bundle Dave Winnel into a standard rabble of DJs and producers. Seizing a unique applause of his own, with a will to rewrite the masses of electronic music, the Dave Winnel sound strides a percussive groove boasting huge melodies, relinquishing a spot in a specific genre.
Together Dave Winnel and Tom Piper have created one of the best selections of Electro music in Electro House Sessions 7.
Mixed to audible perfection by Dave Winnel and Tom Piper after months of madly collecting, curating and crystal balling the biggest hits of this year and the future, the Electro House Sessions 7 presents some of the biggest and best tracks to audiences across Australia.
This is an event which no dance music lover should miss, and the chance to see it in Lithgow is undeniably, awesome.
